Wayne is the co-owner of Belanger Converter Recycling and Bright Eyes Clinic (Pearle Vision) with his wife Angela. An US Army Veteran originally from Massachusetts, he has been a resident of Todd County for 33 years. Wayne has two children, two step children, and 5 grandchildren. He is an active member of the community, and believes in helping where ever he can. In addition to serving on the Chamber Board, he is also a member of the Rotary Club of Elkton and a member of the Western Kentucky Work Force Board.
